Welcome to our newly revised website.

FIT IT YOURSELF - ITS EASY ON THE MAJORITY OF VEHICLES.....

Fitting takes about 5minutes with no wires to cut or join.

A)  Simply lift off the engine cover, locate the fuel rail, like the one shown below.

B) Connect the cable between the sensor and its plug and that's it! Instructions supplied with every unit and we are just a phone call or email away if you do have query!

There are some photos opposite to give you an idea.

Top to bottom:

Photo above is the fuel rail taken off a Peugeot/Citroen/ Fiat van 2L hdi 84bhp engine and the sensor can be seen on the underside in the centre.

Vauxhall Insignia/Antera /Chevy Captiva - on left hand end

Vauxhall / Fiat 1.3 / Suzuki 1.3. On left hand end

Toyota 2.2L Rav 4 - on left hand end

VAG 2L cr - on left hand end.

Below is a Transit 2.4tdci - again, left hand end. The 2.2 L Boxer, Relay, Ducato & Transit from 2007 onwards are similar.

They all have one thing in common - the fuel rail with pipes coming off to the injectors. The sensor you need to find is ALWAYS SCREWED DIRECTLY INTO THE RAIL AND HAS 3 WIRES (6 on the 2.2L Toyotas). So disregard anything with 2 wires or anthing NOT screwed directly into the fuel rail. If you do get it wrong, don’t panic, you may have damaged the Turbotune but WON’T have damaged the vehicle electrics?!
