We can disable & remove the dpf on many vehicles, either via the diagnostic port or by accessing the ecu chip directly. We also offer a mailorder service for this - covering Vauxhall, Saab etc so you can remove the dpf yourself. This can avoid costly dpf replacment - usually at least £600.

We removed the dpf on a Mazda 5 2L 140 and measured the smoke levels. The car had been remapped and the even with a Turbotune on max setting easily passed the mot smoke test.... Printouts  The car drove much better and urban mpg improved by 50% and overall  by 25% thus showing just how much fuel is wasted on regenerating the dpf.

Many town diesels (eg taxis) will & do suffer from dpf problems and eventually incur the owner the not inconsiderable cost of fitting a replacement once the warranty has expired.

We can adjust the Speed limiter on light vans not restricted by law. (we won’t alter the limiter on vehicles legally limited to 56mph or any other limit and you need to beware of legal and insurance implications if considering doing it.)

TYE PRESSURE MONITORS: Tyre pressure sensor system can often be disabled

thus avoiding having to replace costly  broken wheel  sensors.
